Registration for workshops constitutes a binding agreement. All participants must adhere to workshop guidelines and code of conduct.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
All content, including text, images, logos, and educational materials, is protected by copyright law under the Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Educational materials provided during workshops are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
GreenStem India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Services and information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold GreenStem India harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Workshop registrations may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the workshop will receive a 100% refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days of the workshop start date.
A processing fee of 5% or ₹100 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from all refunds to cover administrative costs.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
If we cancel a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, workshops may be rescheduled. Participants may transfer or request a refund.
Failure to attend a workshop without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of fees paid.
Once digital workshop materials have been accessed or downloaded, the registration becomes non-refundable.
Workshop registrations may be transferred to another person or date (subject to availability) up to 3 days before the workshop.
